Our team consists of a lawyer who is licensed to practice law in Canada and Israel, and is recognized by the Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv as being qualified to provide such services. He is supported by a staff of experienced professionals who are familiar with the current requirements of the Immigration Department of the Canadian Government.  

C.N.Immigration deals with all stages of the immigration process commencing with the initial interview to evaluate the candidate's likelihood of being accepted by the Canadian immigration authorities, advice as to improve an individual’s potential to qualify, advising the client of documentation that is required by the immigration authorities from the beginning of the process until receipt of the visa, translation of documents, notarizing them, etc. Throughout the process, which in certain circumstances can take several years, our staff is there to assist you and answer any and all questions you may have.

C.N.Immigration will also assist you in choosing the correct and most appropriate route when submitting your application for a visa.  We will also advise you, whether you should apply directly through the Federal program or one of the Provincial programs. To date, we have had clients who have immigrated to most of the Canadian provinces – British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. 

The first meeting consists of an interview with you at which time one of our professional staff will evaluate your chances in succeeding to acquire a Canadian visa. Each case is assessed on an individual basis. If we are of the opinion you will qualify we will tell you and similarly, if we are of the opinion that you will not qualify, we will also tell you that as there is no point in wasting your time and money.
